Wednesday Art Post!

Hello friends near and far! Happy Hump Day! It’s almost the Easter weekend here, which means four lovely, hopefully sunny days with Jon. Woohoo! Today I wanted to share some art I’ve made!

I purchased a black paper sketchbook a couple months ago at an art store in Toronto.  I was rather intimidated by it, however, and didn’t have the courage to take my Prismacolour pencils to it until a couple weeks ago when I became inspired by other artists and the wildlife and landscape of England.

Pardon the scanner; it tried, bless it! LOL

“Equinox Dawn”.

My first drawing as Spring Equinox approached.  This red deer doe is expecting new life as the season of life begins.

“Bringer of Spring”

“Dance of the Ancestors” – Drawn during the eclipse and inspired by the Faroe Islands.

“Visitor From the Stars”

I hope you enjoy these!  I hope to get them scanned properly soon and put up as prints 🙂

Try something new today!

Love and light,
